We made a Christmas album well more like an EP. It’s called Favorite Time Of Year after the title track which is an original Christmas tune I wrote a while back for my mom. She wanted all of us kids to hand make an ornament to bring home and hang on the tree. I wrote a song and put it on a CD. Then never really thought about it again until I did ha ha. I asked my mom if she still had the CD ornament and she sent it to me so I could remember it ha ha…

The EP has 5 songs.

5. Santa Claus Is Coming To Town

Corey Lawson our guitar player produced it. We cut it live on the floor at his studio Claw Sound Studios. Then we added a bunch of bells and whistles to it literally…

It was it effortless and probably the most fun I’ve ever had recording.

It comes out Friday, Nov 20th and you’ll be able to download it soon after directly from my website.

After the COVID-19 pandemic hit venues, bars, and clubs all across the US shut down. Festivals and concerts have been canceled. Even lower Broadway here in Nashville has been put on PAUSE. 

I started going live online shortly after and it has been a blessing. I’m finding I can play for people who even under normal circumstances aren’t able to come out to the shows. Life can keep us from such things. Kids, work, living in a different country… either way I’m totally digging this live streaming thing.

The real live stream show is on Facebook. I play a lot of originals and some of my favorite covers. I even share  music videos and  live footage from my archives. You can also make requests in the comment section.
